Mandurah’s City Centre is set to come alive with colour, creativity and festive cheer as the 2025 Mandurah Christmas Window Competition opens for business registrations.
Each year, thousands of locals and visitors stroll through the heart of Mandurah to experience the Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail, explore local shops, enjoy seasonal dining, and soak up the magical atmosphere. The Christmas Window Competition adds an extra layer of vibrancy to this experience, transforming shopfronts into festive displays and encouraging people to discover more of what our City Centre has to offer.
This competition is a much-loved part of the festive season and an excellent opportunity for businesses to showcase their creativity while contributing to the overall Mandurah Christmas experience.

Participating in the Mandurah Christmas Window Competition offers a range of benefits for City Centre businesses:
The Mandurah Christmas Lights Trail draws significant foot traffic throughout December. A decorated window helps attract passers-by and potential customers, even when your business is closed.
There is no cost to participate. Every registered business receives a QR code voting decal to place on their shop window.
Shoppers and families naturally stop to look at festive displays, providing an opportunity to create connections with new customers.
By taking part, you are contributing to a vibrant City Centre and helping strengthen Mandurah’s small business community.
Prizes are awarded to first, second and third place businesses based on public votes. Voters also go into the draw to win vouchers and small prizes, further encouraging participation.

Businesses are encouraged to have their displays ready by 1 December, when public voting opens.
Voting Period:
1 December – 31 December 2025
Businesses may keep their displays up for longer, but votes can only be cast during the above period.
